A used-system offer needs evidence about the particular unit. These guides explain what to request and how to distinguish a condition label from a documented assessment.

Match the records to the offered unit

Record the model, serial number, production year where confirmed, and included accessories. Ask that photographs, service records and assessment reports identify the same equipment. When information is unavailable, make that visible in the comparison rather than treating an unanswered question as a positive finding.

Agree the work still needed

Clarify whether any preparation, replacement parts, testing or installation remains to be completed. Ask who performs that work and what records the buyer will receive. Product suitability and destination requirements need their own review before shipment; a condition description alone does not establish either.
