Separate a complete tower from a component offer

Use a line-item list for the processor, light source, display, trolley, scopes and accessories. A photograph of an assembled tower does not establish that every visible item is included. Ask the supplier to identify exact models and serial numbers when available, and record any accessories that the buyer is expected to supply.

Keep technical and handover evidence together

Ask the responsible technical team to review compatibility using the relevant manufacturer documentation. Condition, service records and the required preparation for handover should be documented separately.
