Good procurement connects a technical requirement to a clear commercial agreement. Explore condition assessment, quotation comparison and shipment planning before committing to an order.

Make assumptions visible before ordering

A quotation should state what is included, what is excluded and which details remain subject to confirmation. Keep the technical specification and commercial offer aligned as questions are resolved. If an alternative model or accessory is proposed, record the change and ask the responsible reviewer to assess it before acceptance.

Compare the total agreed scope

Equipment price is only one part of the purchase. Packing, freight, inspection, installation, accessories and support may be included or charged separately. Compare the same scope across suppliers and document the handover point, acceptance process and responsibility for each outstanding activity.
